Last week will be long remembered in the annals of religious work in this town. Meetings were held in Engedi and the Guild Hall. A united committee of young men from the various churches visited the houses of the town and distributed tickets inviting everyone to one of the two meetings... Friday evening wonderful meetings were conducted at Engedi by the Rev. R B Jones and great success followed his labours. At the same time students of the Baptist College, Bangor held meetings at the Guild Hall, where there was an immense gathering. Memorable scenes were witnessed here by hundreds. A large number of converts were made at all the meetings. At Siloh, the pastor gave the right hand of fellowship to 64 new converts. Remarkable meetings were held.
