At Fforestfach the slump in public-house patronage has been so apparent that the publicans have made it known that their converted customers might at least pay their scores. This complaint was mentioned at Cadle Chapel on Sunday by the Rev. John Davies, who said, if the publicans sent in their bills to him, he would see that they were settled. The congregation put their hands up in support of their esteemed pastor’s declaration.
