St Paul's Wesleyan Chapel, Bangor (1875)



During the past few days revival services have been held at St. Paul's Wesleyan Chapel, and a series of sermons were preached by the Rev. Robert Jones, Llanasa. (see Llansa site) About thirty inquirers sought church membership.

A conversation ensued about the religious revival which is now spreading over the Principality. It was reported that about 250 had joined the churches (Welsh) in Liverpool, 200 at Rhosllanerchnigog, upwards of 60 at Mold, about the same number at Amlwch, besides a large number at Bangor, Llanberris, Rhyl, and other places.
