Pendref Wesleyan Chapel, Mold (1875)

Throughout last week a series of evangelistic services were held nightly at the Welsh Wesleyan chapel, Pendref. There was a large attendance, the chapel proving far too small for the crowds which gathered. The missioned was the Rev Hugh Hughes, of Holyhead, whose earnest appeals will not be forgotten. No less than eighty-four persons have expressed their desire for Christian fellowship as the result of these meetings.
