St Combe's (1874)

Rev. Mr Gardner, of New Deer, Free Church, told of what he had seen of the Lord's gracious work in St. Combe's, Cairnbulg, and Peterhead, mentioning that one day sixteen people travelled from St. Combe's to Rathen, a distance of three miles, to converse with the minister there about their soul's salvation. A day or two afterwards, seven or eight people felt constrained, through spiritual distress, to seek similar counsel and prayer.
