The Welsh revival movement has spread to Black Park. Mr Weston, evangelist, of Chester, has been conducting services all last week, morning services for those who work night, and the evening services for the others. The evening services have been exceptionally well attended, scores being unable to gain admission and numerous converts have been made.

Only one church in the village - the meetings had to be here.
