Ebenezer Wesleyan Church - Eglwysbach (1905)

Eglwysbach ‘Sleepy Hollow’ has awakened and from one end of it to the other the souls of the inhabitants are stirred by the great awakening… The weather on Tuesday night was bad, yet the little Baptist church, Bryn Seion, was so filled to overflowing that it was deemed advisable to adjourn to the large Wesleyan chapel, Ebenezer. The service lasted to a late hour – two converts were made.

From, 'The North Wales Weekly News', 20th January 1905. The same paper reported on 24th February that there were 68 converts in the town.
