Madron - Ancient chapel and well (800)
The date of the Chapel is a guess. It was probably a monastery where pilgrims would stay on their way to the southern ports and then to the Continent.

You can find this by going about a quarter mile out of Madron and you will see a sign on the right saying 'Celtic Chapel and Well'.
