Morley (1759)

Thur. November 26. — I preached in Gildersome at noon, and at Morley in the evening. A flame is suddenly broke out here, where it was least of all expected; and it spreads wider and wider. When God will work, who is able to stay his hand?

Additional Information

Location unknown. Although I am told there was no major revival in Morley in the 19th century, Methodism was Rotherham there. Sadly many buildings have been converted into flats and four chapels have been turned into one.
