(Captain Pearson) Secretary Leeman writes -"Hallelujah! we are rising: six souls during the past week and twelve on Sunday, one of whom was a young man, a farmer's son in the neighbourhood who had been to America. Drink had been his ruin. He had been a popular minister in the Wesleyan body, but lost his ministerial charge through drink. Thank God, he found his way on Sunday night to our meeting, and came out and sought pardon of the Master he had dishonoured. After a hard struggle he got his soul set at liberty. To God be all the glory!"
