(Capt Davey)—We have been having some good times this last week. When the devil rages, there Is always good done. Amongs others, a publican's son has sought Salvation. On Sunday, the police refused to let us have a stand, but, glory to God! one of our Soldiers took us on his premises. What a meeting we had! Pig dealers, waggoners, hay cutters, butchers, brickmakers, and lots of others were shouting "Glory!" all over the place. We had an overflow meeting in a farm-yard, and a cart for a platorm. At the close, six sought Salvation. We mean Kelsall for Jesus.
From, "The War Cry," page 3, 23rd March 1882.
I do not know where the meetings were held.
