Altrincham - Salvation Army

Date: 1882  ·  Place: Altrincham, Cheshire  ·  Type: National well

Sunday night, it did our hearts good to hear a brother, who had been in prison eight times, tell how the Lord had saved him; he means to go in for God and souls, One brother has got gloriously saved he has persecuted us for the the last twelve months, but has at last fallen into the Salvation net. Glory be to God! We mean victory through the blood of the Lamb!

From, "The War Cry," page 3, 19th January 1882.
