Derby - Salvation Army

Date: 1882  ·  Place: Derby, Derbyshire  ·  Type: National well

Mns. Corbridge reports a very good day here on Sunday, January 8th, and seven souls, Capt. and Mrs Skidmore seem to have well hold of the people. A Holiness Meeting was arranged here for Monday afternoon; Captain Lawley and I joined the above, and we had a very blessed time; some real dealing with God, and thirty-three souls forward, some for pardon and some for purity, Another grand, full meeting was held in the evening, and three souls.

WILLIAM CORBRIDGE,

From, "The War Cry," page 4, 19th January 1882.

I do not know where the meetings were held.
