Reforest - Salvation Army

Date: 1882  ·  Place: Treforest, Rhondda Cynon Taf  ·  Type: National well

(Capt Norton),-We have had some good times at this little Station, and, praise tha Lord! we are having some good times still. We have drunkards, swearers, wife deserters and all sorts of characters, now saved and praising God for what He has done for them. People are surprised to see men, who have been trained in the service of the devil, standing out so bold in defiance of their old master.

From, "The War Cry," page 3, 9th March 1882

I do not know where the meetings were held.
