Cockenzie

Date: 1905  ·  Place: Cockenzie, East Lothian  ·  Type: Local well

The Faith Mission held meetings in the village in 1904, which the villagers continued for weeks afterwards. Revival came to every part of the village. The newly opened Chalmers Memorial Church could not contain the numbers. The fishermen took the fire of revival to other ports.
