On the evening of November 25th Humphrey Jones asked the elders to pray before he preached, but he felt the hardness of the hearers was incompatible with a successful ministry and requested the elders to pray again. Not until they had obeyed did he continue and David Morgan then followed. 'Over 200 converts were received into this little village church'.
