Primitive Methodist Chapel - Broughton

Date: 1905  ·  Place: Broughton, Flintshire  ·  Type: National well

Prayer meetings are being regularly held throughout the district, and incidents of converts giving way to their emotion are numerous. Young men form themselves into parties and sing appropriate hymns and offer prayers opposite public houses and club-houses. Many conversions are by this means effected, and the prayers of the converted ones tend to increase the spirit of revivalism.

From, 'The Wrexham Advertiser', 4th February 1905.

This was the only church in the town.
