Condicote (1860)

At this little village fifty souls were very recently converted within one month, amongst the silk-workers. At Condicote, near Stow-on-the-Wold, a poor Christian working-man, after standing alone for four years, has been rejoiced with a great blessing on prayer-meetings, which he has been diligently fostering. On Sunday evening (29th ult.), the seventh soul rejoiced in the Lord. Above one-third of the whole population (150) were at the cottage meeting for preaching and prayer.
