Caledon (1800)




The missionaries then journeyed northward. At Caledon, they preached in the fair, and found it difficult to reach the hearts of their hearers; but in the evening the Lord came to their help, and the hammer of the word broke the rocks in pieces. Next morning the Spirit was poured out so abundantly, that old and young were deeply moved.
